The 4pets ProLine BoxLifter set can be used to raise the height of your ProLine cage by 7cm, which is especially useful if your vehicle has a deep sill.
The BoxLifter set is compatible with all 13 different size of ProLine cage and are easily attached to the corner connectors.


The ProLine BoxLifter set comprises four legs and a central support block, meaning your ProLine cage will still be perfectly secure in your vehicle. If your boot does have a deep sill without a BoxLifter set, you may struggle to open the cage door. However, using the BoxLifter set will allow your dog to access and exit the ProLine cage easily and safely.
Please bear in mind that our vehicle configurator will not take into account the extra height the BoxLifter set will provide, so you will need to take this in to account when selecting your cage.

Next Day Delivery Information

No courier company can ever ‘guarantee’ a Next Day’ delivery. All courier companies occasionally have the same transport problems as can happen to everyone else, including snow blocked roads, closed roads, traffic jams, mechanical breakdown, an inability to find the delivery address, or to gain access to it if, for example, it’s in a block of flats. We work with some of the best couriers in the business, and overall they provide an outstanding service.

Delivery Surcharges

Due to the size and weight of some items, delivery surcharges may apply. Should this be the case we will contact you by email or phone before the order is processed.

If for any reason delivery is not made or the item is not required, and the parcel is returned to us, all return carriage costs will be the responsibility of the customer.


If you decide to cancel your order - then you must contact us in writing within fourteen calendar days of receiving the order to request a Returns Form and Returns Number. We will require the goods to be received at our Sedbergh premises within 14 days of this cancellation instruction. The goods must also (1) be unused and (2) be in their original packaging so they are resellable as new. You should return the goods to us at your cost. If we have made a mistake, e.g. we have sent the wrong items and there is no time to correct the error, then of course we will collect the goods and refund you in full, including carriage charges.

Faulty Goods

If you purchase a product from us which is found to be faulty, please phone or e-mail and we will attend to the problem without delay. Problems with products that have been sold by us and are under guarantee should be referred to us in the first instance.
