The removable frame provides strength and stability, making the carrier strong enough to be placed on the floor or car seat.
If your pet is particularly light, you can carry the Jet Set Jumbo ISOFIX pet carrier as an arms length holdall or fix it to your car seats using the attached ISOFIX connection hooks.
Unlike plastic crates and steel cages the Jet Set Jumbo is intended for frequent use, even everyday use as a den or refuge.
The Jet Set Jumbo ISOFIX is made from fabric which is waterproof, softer and warmer than standard steel or plastic crates. The fabric, supported by the Forma Frame system, is thick enough to be supportive, and is immensely strong yet easy enough to remove to allow the Jet Set Jumbo to be hand washed or professionally dry cleaned if required.
Jet Set Jumbo ISOFIX is totally uncompromising in quality, using incredibly hard wearing and fully waterproof 1800 Denier ballistic nylon on 2 sides as well as the top and base. All seams are taped as well as being double sewn and YKK zips are used throughout. Nothing but the best! We think that theyre cosy, safe and exceptional value for money.

No courier company can ever ‘guarantee’ a Next Day’ delivery. All courier companies occasionally have the same transport problems as can happen to everyone else, including snow blocked roads, closed roads, traffic jams, mechanical breakdown, an inability to find the delivery address, or to gain access to it if, for example, it’s in a block of flats. We work with some of the best couriers in the business, and overall they provide an outstanding service.
Due to the size and weight of some items, delivery surcharges may apply. Should this be the case we will contact you by email or phone before the order is processed.
If for any reason delivery is not made or the item is not required, and the parcel is returned to us, all return carriage costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
If you decide to cancel your order - then you must contact us in writing within fourteen calendar days of receiving the order to request a Returns Form and Returns Number. We will require the goods to be received at our Sedbergh premises within 14 days of this cancellation instruction. The goods must also (1) be unused and (2) be in their original packaging so they are resellable as new. You should return the goods to us at your cost. If we have made a mistake, e.g. we have sent the wrong items and there is no time to correct the error, then of course we will collect the goods and refund you in full, including carriage charges.
If you purchase a product from us which is found to be faulty, please phone or e-mail and we will attend to the problem without delay. Problems with products that have been sold by us and are under guarantee should be referred to us in the first instance.
