The Pet@Work small pet carrier has a maximum weight capacity of 9kg and is suitable for smaller breeds and Terriers. It can also be used for cats, rabbits and other small pets.
Now, not only can your pet be carried safely in the back-pack carrier, but there is also room for your laptop and the portable dog house for when you get to work. The fully collapsible soft pet dome fits perfectly inside the back-pack and means it can be easily removed and popped up for your pet to burrow inside giving him the security of home whilst out and about.

No courier company can ever ‘guarantee’ a Next Day’ delivery. All courier companies occasionally have the same transport problems as can happen to everyone else, including snow blocked roads, closed roads, traffic jams, mechanical breakdown, an inability to find the delivery address, or to gain access to it if, for example, it’s in a block of flats. We work with some of the best couriers in the business, and overall they provide an outstanding service.
Due to the size and weight of some items, delivery surcharges may apply. Should this be the case we will contact you by email or phone before the order is processed.
If for any reason delivery is not made or the item is not required, and the parcel is returned to us, all return carriage costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
If you decide to cancel your order - then you must contact us in writing within fourteen calendar days of receiving the order to request a Returns Form and Returns Number. We will require the goods to be received at our Sedbergh premises within 14 days of this cancellation instruction. The goods must also (1) be unused and (2) be in their original packaging so they are resellable as new. You should return the goods to us at your cost. If we have made a mistake, e.g. we have sent the wrong items and there is no time to correct the error, then of course we will collect the goods and refund you in full, including carriage charges.
If you purchase a product from us which is found to be faulty, please phone or e-mail and we will attend to the problem without delay. Problems with products that have been sold by us and are under guarantee should be referred to us in the first instance.
