We are very much open for business, in our offices and our warehouses. All our staff are following our bio-security rules very well, and are keeping well apart from each other. Customer support staff are working from home where they can, reducing our telephone service considerably, so if you can’t get through by phone, please contact us by chat or e-mail.
We have large stocks, and expect to be able to offer a full range of products for a long time yet.
Our couriers are also all working very hard, but please be patient if there are delays; for example, networks come under pressure if drivers have to self-isolate. Courier drivers have been told not to get signatures but (depending on specific Special Delivery Instructions) to leave the package on the door step, ring the bell, and talk to the occupants from a safe distance.
